When buying large bread, such as our 5 Grain or 2kg Loaf which can be purchased in any of our three locations, it is sometimes difficult to consume it all in one sitting. So we have the perfect solution, this little secret will help you preserve the bread, and refresh it when you want to use it again.
1) Wrap the Bread in plastic and freeze for up to 3 weeks.
2) When ready to be used, take it out of the freezer 30 minutes before use.
3) Wrap the bread in foil and bake it in a pre-heated over at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Take it out and enjoy! The bread will come out crispy, moist and more importantly.. warm!
