I go the gym every morning for about 2 to 3 hrs, i can really see my muscles are toning, my flabs gets smaller :) I eat half cup rice only the whole day and fruits either I eat it whole or I juice it ( I use slow juicer to maintain the nutrients, LifeSpring juicer, don't use blender). Sometimes I just drink fruit juice the whole day and bread :) It works for me.
