Stefano de Pieri, is very passionate about food and wine, and head-over-heels in love with the Victorian City of Mildura and the surrounding Sunraysia district. Stefano left Italy 24 years ago, but still relies on the instinct and skills inherited from his mother and her simple cooking.
A Gondola on the Murray, is inspired by Stefano's memory of the Venetian gondola and by his love of Mildura and the river it lies beside, the mighty Murray.
