The Young Chefs Dinner, is a special one-off dinner that has been held each year at a leading Sydney restaurant since 1998.
In November 2000, the event was hosted by Salt Restaurant, its aim, to celebrate the future guiding lights of Sydney dining – the chefs of the future – and give them a chance to show off what they can do, break a few rules and work together as a team.
They are supported by a young wine-maker, cheese-maker and baker.
For one special night, these eight young guns of the food industry took centre stage for this unique meal.
