Hosted by cooking commentator Alton Brown, this reality competition will challenge chefs from all over the United States in a series of demanding situations, testing their culinary skills and mental toughness in the kitchen. The chef who succeeds in speed, artistry, simplicity, innovation, creativity and resourcefulness will become The Next Iron Chef.
I would rather have a rerun of Neil Perry or Ken Hom than watch another rehash of Iron Chef America--you can at least reproduce the recipes!!
