Curtis is down in the Valley as he starts his day at an organic farm adjacent to the Fun under the Sun day camp in Los Angeles. Jamie (nickname: Shadow), the director of the camp, has contacted Curtis in the hope of surprising their assistant director, David (nickname: Dopey), with a camp-style cookout. Curtis meets Jamie at the organic farm when she's with a group of energetic young campers. The children immediately take a liking to Curtis and as a result he promises a day packed with flavor and fun. As they purchase some organic ingredients, Curtis and Jamie create a menu of grilled corn on the cob with garlic brown butter and parsley, lobster and zucchini pizza, and frozen yogurt with peaches and raspberry sauce for dessert. While they prepare the food, Jamie shares how loyal and invaluable David is to her and the camp. Moments later a busload of children and staff members arrives, with David the first to step off the bus. He is completely taken aback and speechless by what the camp has secretly put together. In the end, Curtis serves up an outdoor meal that makes for many happy campers. In turn, they give Curtis a special Fun under the Sun camp nickname: Roo!
