Indulge your sweet tooth as celebrity chef James Martin gives us the most comprehensive guide to desserts, puddings and cakes yet!

James has been in love with cooking and particularly sweets since he first picked up a spatula as a child. In a trip down memory lane, James visits Castle Howard (the place where he grew up) and his old school, before ending up at his current home with its organic garden.

Returning to his roots, James uses each location as inspiration for his delightful desserts, cooking some of his favourite – from passionfruit soufflé to chocolate and orange cheesecake.

Does anyone have Sweet Baby James' recipe for a desert that he made with white bread and mixed berries where he laid the bread in a mould and filled the mould with the berries. Please help

The new shows on BBC Lifestyle focuses more on self image. there's the style network for those types of shows, bring back BBC Food the way it used to be! the new shows are a waste of valuable air time!

the new format of the show is not good. I seldom watch now. bring back bbc food as it used to be. ready steady cook, and all the chefs on their own.

I agree with that there is alot of cooking show that should not be on the lifestyle cooking show but more of sweet baby james, jamie , Nigella lawson, Lidias Italian cooking barefoot contessa and the french cooking show more of cooking show that are easy to follow
