Emmy Award-winning celebrity chef Ming Tsai serves up the series Simply Ming, showing how to make delicious East-West food, fast enough for every night of the week. He has taken his style of cooking, based on French, American, and Asian culinary traditions, and streamlined it. Along the way you'll learn about ingredients, wine and beer selection, and be inspired by guest chefs, family and friends who will use the tasty base sauce to create all-new dishes.

Unfortunately due to license restrictions & book publishing deals we are not always able to place all recipes associated with a series online. Everything that we can display is always placed online for our members and if the recipes do exist elsewhere we will always point you towards what is availiable via links on the show page as we have done above for Ming.
Simply great recipes
