Gary Rhodes and a team of young sous-chefs take the trip of a lifetime. Their mission: to find the best of authentic Indian cuisine, learn how to cook it, and then return home to cater for a major banquet in celebration of India’s independence. Exploring different regional cuisine from royal food to street food, they learn about ingredients, flavours, cooking techniques and the culture surrounding each dish. Gary then has to impress one of the most successful Indian chefs in the UK when Atul Kuchhar’s restaurant Benares is the setting for a big feast. Will Gary be up for the challenge of cooking Indian food in an Indian restaurant for an Indian clientele? Or has he bitten off more chilli than he can chew…?
That *** in India, Rhodes, should be named Highway, my way or the ...... ! I have held an objective survey and the winner is not Rhodes, rude, obnoxious ears are painted on ... and that's being fair, one word he would not be familiar with. Why travel anywhere, if you're already an expert on all culture and cuisine? what an extraordinary buffoon. I did pity his poor side kicks for a nano second ........ life is full of choices .......! cut your head off...... please !
this is simply waste of every thing

I agree that it is impossible to find particular recipes. I have tried to find the recipes associated with a particular show and find it frustrating and annoying. Essex
