Reza is in Jaipur discovering a wonderful, colorful dish of Rajasthanfrom a master chef at the stunning Rambagh Palace. He also hangs out with the locals at a bustling street market, tasting delicious Indian snacks and cooking up a storm!

Reza travels to Jodhpur, the gateway to the Thar Desert, where he traces regional dishes back to their roots. He meets the Bishnoi, an ancient desert tribe who still live entirely off the land.

Reza takes an aromatic journey of delight! At an intoxicating spice market, he learns about the vast array of Indian spices - and how aroma and flavors come together to create the best tasting dishes.

Reza travels to Rajsamand where he meets a royal family steeped in history at the enchanting Deogarh Mahal. The family shares their home, stories and ancient recipes dating back over 400 years...

Reza travels to Ajmer, the poultry capital of Rajasthan, to discover the perfect chicken curry! At a popular roadside cafe, he helps to prepare a light lunchtime curry and dines with the locals.
