Reza travels to Rajsamand which is surrounded by the oldest mountain range in the world! Here he meets a royal family steeped in history at the enchanting Deogarh Mahal. The family shares their home, stories and ancient recipes dating back over 400 years... One of the dishes, Khad Murgh, is cooked in the ground in smouldering hot cow dung! Inspired by his royal experience, Reza cooks sensational Spiced Leg of Lamb, dazzling Jewelled Rice and stunning Sesame Green Beans.
