The series of Out of the Blue takes you on a voyage of culinary discovery, visiting spots around Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the USA, Vietnam and many more.
Award winning chefs Michael Angelakis and Michael Keenan will teach you how to prepare simple, mouthwatering seafood dishes, cooking on trawlers, oyster barges, riverboats, on beaches and in the Australian outback.
Meanwhile, co-host Emma Forster tours each local area to learn about their customs, cultures and traditions, visiting volcanoes and rainforests, and soaking up the atmosphere of unique festivals. Being a bit of a daredevil, we often find her sand surfing, diving, kayaking, parasailing and dangling from a skywire, among other pursuits.

Dear Michael and Michael Love the show. The reason I am writing is because my son is in the Army Reserve and is currently serving in Malaysia. I have a photo of him holding some sort of eel/fish?? which he says is delicious. Maybe you could take him back there and do a show. Anyway the real reason I am writing is because my son loves cooking and I want to get him a Cooper's apron. I was in South Australia while I was pregnant with him and did sample some of the product. By the way his name is Cooper Edwards. Unfortunately he was not named after your sponer's product but it was my mother's maiden name. Would you please advise me where I would be able to get the apron. My email is pamela.edwards@mackay.jla.net.au Regards, Pamela Edwards.
you cooked some scallops recently at dreamworld, i'm trying to find that recipe, can anyone help.
