Well, although I love Nigella's show, I just CANNOT find the recipe that I am looking for, which is sweetcorn chowder. I think this lets the website down. Its not like other cooking websites where they display every recipe from their show. Also, it doesn't appear that you can even type in the recipe and receive it. Not good.

In a bowl, pour in 125ml lime juice, 2 tbsp tequila and 3 tbsp cointreau (or tripple sec), and add in 150g icing sugar, stirring to dissolve. Add 500ml cream (thick/double) and whip utill thick and smooth, but not stiff. Spoon into container and freeze overnight. the icecream does not freeze hard, and melts speedily and voluptuously when eating. Enjoy.

I am a Nigella holic. I breath her recipes, eat her recipes, I can not survive without her in the kitchen, even though I am a professional cook. Thank you Nigella. I also haven't seen any body who tips the scale on the heavy side (like me too) that are actually very comfortable in their own skin. Nigella, you are a great example of a celebrity who is comfortable in what se does. Thank you for not looking so hungry and thin. Anonymous

Link is http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=8jKRuAAB9lM Just copy and paste to get to it

I made one today to take to a BBQ tonight. it tastes and looks absolutely devine!!! Everyone is really looking forward to trying it. Don't know if your like me but I can't stand having raw egg in food.,, I think the tase of egg really over powers the othr ingrediants.
