Lydia Rocks! More please...

Good things are sometimes hard to find......That goes for Lidia and her recipes....they are great....and wished I could see her more on TV.

Thankyou Lifestyle food for finally putting a new series of Lidia's Italy, I am loving it. I have three of her books and this series seems to be covering "Lidia Cooks from the Heart of Italy". I have cooked several of her recipes but seeing her do them first makes it a lot easier. Is ther any chance of Dvd's of her programmes?

Is anyone from lifestylenreading this thread? I don't think so... Pointless really, as everyone of these posts tells the same thing- where are all the recipes????? There are only 11 recipes total from the whole show!

The best way to get Lidia's recipes go to www.tavolaproductions.com and Lidia's website will come up and you will be able to get the recipes and the cooking books....I searched for her recipes also and finally tried the website and hello.... NOW I am a member:)

It would be great to find her recipes easier on this website she is the best itlian cook around but not enough of her on the TV lately.

I would so appreciate the recipi for Cannellini Bean Soup that you did last week on KOCE. There was ,of course, olive oil, shredded bread, garlic, a little bacon, cauliflower and fresh pasta. I bought Lidia's Italy cookbook but it wasn'nt in there. Thank you, Deane

glad to see im not the only one who cant find the details of her recipes, does anyone have her books? I really dont wanna buy the book and find out the one im looking for isnt in there or they arent complete. thanks

I agree it's hard to find Lidia's recipes on the Lifestyle Food site so I just google what I'm after and sometimes I'm in luck. Try searching like this: Lidia's Italy Limoncello Tiramisu - that's how I found the recipe.

HELP, I am looking for the recipe that Lydia made for the braised flat iron roast which was braised in beer. Can't seem to find this anywhere. I viewed this on UNC TV this past Sunday, November 29, 2009. Any help in finding this recipe would be GREATLY appreciated!! Darlene Martin

Several years ago on one of her tv programs a recipe with pork,turkey breast and a believe beef on top of layers of potatoes,tomatoes and onions,all in one recipe, I have looked for years off and on in Lidias cook books with no success, anyone out there that can help me. I know many others would probably love it because it allows your guests a wonderful choice. Suzanne McDonough

I can't find the recipe for peach pie or peach tart, I'm not sure what it was called. And please include the measurements precisely so I can actually follow it. it's a marketing strategy to make the viewers buy the books but what if I just want one of the recipes only, I have to buy the entire cookbook???

very hard to follow your recipes when you are showing them on air, please announce the amounts of the ingrediences you use, especially the baking part PLEASE! Cannot find Baba Rum, Lemonchello!

Hello, if you go to www.amazon.com and search under lidia's italy, you will find several of her cookbooks as well as DVDs for sale. It would be shipping from the US but anyone who really wants the items can get them.

I watched (or tape if not able to watch) the show every day. I would love to be able to download all the receipes. I have tried over 30 different receipes, and have to say, they come out as good as Lidia's and everyone is very impressed. Keep up with the shows and please keep bringing out new eposides!!

Finding the recipe from a show just watched and didnt have a pen and paper handy seems impossible I have searched everywhere.

Lydia may you continue to extend to the novices so much cooking knowlege. I have been fortunate to have visited Italy and so much enjoyed the regional produce.
