Have tried them and can recommend smoked pork belly, tex mex baby back ribs and potatoe jackets. Need to buy whole belly of pork and make ur own ribs tho- no good getting from butchers as not enough meat on them.

How could you not get excited about BBQing when watching this show! Great food ideas easily adapted to Aussie palates. In reply to FD - find a butcher who does do proper ribs, we have an excellent local butcher who is happy to cut extra meaty ribs for us.

I seriously hate the fact that Discovery Home left, not because they turned GREED, I mean Green. (pun intended). Rob was on in the States on that Channel as well as Kylie Kwong and that Chef at Home fella. I really enjoyed all of these programs and especially Robby's. He was the reason I bought a 4 burner for my balcony at my apartments and really got into grillin'. I guess its been almost a year since they made the change and no signs of Sir Rainford's presence on American television. And truly its a shame. Wish he could be on the air down here soon, there's a lot of us who miss him.

I absolutely love this show. My daughter is really catching on to cooking because of it. The U.S. should be ashamed of getting rid of such a great show. I guess Rob should go on a reality show to get back on the air here.Loved the fish stew in the hollowed out pineapple. You Rock. Keep on grilling.

I have been trying to find my BBQ recipe book I made from Robs shows that I t-voed but could not find it, now I need all of his great marinades and recipes. This guy rocks the grill! I hope to find his cookbooks or maybe online recipes now that I have found him again. Get Rob back on US TV, what a dumb move taking such a great chef off the air.

Yep I miss him too, I wrote a letter to the new FOOD CHANNEL to get him back on, bought 2 of his books have tons of his recipes in an alphabetical file but I want to see him on TV again regularly. BRING HIM BACK, there are many people I know that really like his show. I learned more about grilling from Rob then I ever did from Bobby Flay. I like Flay but he doesn't go into the detail Rob did so I could understand how to do it.

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed his shows and recipes. It's exciting to watch his show because his enthusiasm and love of food comes through the tv screen and into the watchers. It makes you just want to jump up and run to the kitchen to start preparing his terrific recipes, even if you can't eat it all - just invite neighbors over. Everybody can't help but enjoy the results.
