Jamie Oliver's going back to school... but not to hand in his very late homework. He's set himself the challenge of a lifetime - to take charge of 20,000 school dinners a day across one of London's most demanding areas.
Follow Jamie as he tries to cook nutritious food that kids will eat and the dinner ladies are able to prepare; spends time with a family of seven children to understand their home food habits and make them eat better food; organises a ‘Dinner Lady Camp’ with the Army Catering Corporation; and when he meets with the Government to lobby them to support his ‘Feed Me Better’ campaign.
If he succeeds in transforming the way kids eat, Jamie will try to create a blueprint for school meals across the UK. But will Jamie come top of the class or must he try harder?
