Jamie offers a complete inside view of the pork industry and gives viewers the tools to make better informed choices. Facing some of the daily truths of pig farming, from live birth, boar ‘milking’ and tail docking, no detail is spared as this process is recreated in front of the live audience. Jamie will also visit Denmark to track down pig farms where welfare standards are well below those in the UK and British actress Joanna Lumly will discover firsthand what it is like to live like a pig.
