Once again superstar chef Jamie Oliver gets back into his garden for a second series of Jamie at Home. Focusing on simple, fresh ingredients from his garden, Jamie prepares ‘sexy’ meals that are easy to recreate and also shares his wealth of knowledge on how easy it is to grow your own produce whether you live in the suburbs or a high rise apartment.
In the new series Jamie shows off the flexibility and diversity of lamb by cooking Middle Eastern and British dishes and shows us how to make the perfect pastry – a time honoured skill that many have failed to pick up. He also shares his passion for harvesting his own ingredients providing viewers with hints and tips on growing an array of fresh fruit and vegetables including rhubarb, for a rhubarb and custard soufflé, cabbage and asparagus.
