why cant we get the recipes from this series, i once made i think it was hot smoked salmon with stilton in ramekins but i;m missing something can anyone help i cant find the recipe anywhere all my guests loved it too

i love James Martin, he has a great personality and the fact that he can cook is just an added bonus! he always tells you at what degree to turn your oven, and for how long.not all the chefs do that.
He is great, and the recipes very simple and good, and five stars for information of length of cooking and degree !
