Chef and food writer Anjum Anand (Market Kitchen) returns with a brand new series of Indian Food Made Easy. Anjum travels to different Indian communities to discover their culinary roots and traditions – from the Gujaratis in Leicester, and the Kashmiris in Birmingham to the Punjabis in Scotland and the Bengalis in East London.
