I do like many of her recipes but have noticed two of the recent ones I've printed are not the same as she prepared on the show. The tuna and artichoke panini, for example, is significantly different. On the show she used a chickpea based spread for the panini, but in the recipe there is no mention of it AT ALL. I'm not a slave to recipes, I can change things around, but when I look something up that I've seen, I expect to get the same recipe online as she uses on the show, so at least I know what to change if I need to!

am loving her - tape her on dvd and watch it like porn! The only thing is i'm in a small country town and can't get a lot of the ingredients and would love it if she offered substitutions for the more wacky ingredients.

Giada is a dish herself, exquisitely beautiful and very very talented. Her recipes are varied, delicious and easy to follow. Moreover, she is very organised and her Italian is impeccable which helps when cooking Italian dishes. Her daughter Jade is just so so cute ('e' una bambola!!!!)

Giada at Home is a fabulous food presentation which is tastefully and beautifly presented. Loved the look of the finger food she made on one show, the prawn spring rolls, beef and pineapple kebabs and one other one, ideal for my friends and I but I can't find the recipe's.
