Could anyone please provide me with the recipe for the 'chocolate sponge with a raspberry jelly' that was made on the episode with Gary Rhodes.... please.
You will find that recipe in his cookbook called "New Brittish Classics" the cover of the book has a basically black/grey cover with Gary in front standing out in white. If you can not afford to buy it - Go to your library they may have it in OR they may borrow it from another library for you Good luck Vanessa I did try the UK Good food channel with no luck whatsoever I too would Love the recipe I did tape the show, basically you cut chicken fillets into 1" strips lay them down sideways on foil, the stuffing is the rest of the chicken, minced with spices, then rolled up tightly like a salami, After chilling you cut up into serving pieces, tie with string & bake. When you unwrap I saw Gary spoon over the Mushroom sauce Anyway I hope you can find the book Krystyna
I am looking for the recipe in which Gary Rodes gave to a lady which had rolled up chicken and cooked in tin foil i think they were called chicken steaks.

DW49 as you say his foul mouth is too much for you but you love his food. each to their own. at least you give him credit for his talent. i personally dont mind the swearing as it is his character he portrays. but i agree that not everyone feels that way. BUT no one can deny his talent
Quite realistically I don't watch the shows as I believe the "F" word is simply a poor substitute in language for not being able to articulate the spoken word effectively and politely. Great cooking, great food, lousy temper and foul mouth - No thanks.
I cannot locate the orange dessert on the website from the Xmas Special by Clarissa dickson that aired on Sunday 7th December - can you email it to me?
