An insiders guide to the best food in Australia, Food Source – Neil Perry; is a 14-part series featuring leading Australian chefs, top food and wine producers, delicious recipes and reveals trade secrets.

Starring internationally renowned, multi-award-winning chef Neil Perry, the series takes us on a gastronomic journey with Neil clearly demonstrating his signature simple, yet mouth-watering dishes. From Mooloolaba to Margaret River, he travels to the source of his ingredients, where we meet some of Australia’s most dynamic producers, exploring along the way Australian orchards, farms, vineyards and dairies. Joined by leading Australian chefs, Neil learns their secrets as they share some favourite dishes.
