Family Food Fight

About the show

This brand new competitive cooking series sees families put their reputations to the test, relationships on the line and decades-old recipes in the firing line, when they come up against each other in a head-to-head cook off. Each family will get a chance to show how good they are at cooking and how their family’s recipes are second to none. Their best efforts will be tasted and judged by Paul Merrett (The Best, Economy Gastronomy) and Amanda Lamb (Market Kitchen) who are looking for tasty, well balanced meals with a history.

In the UK, this programme is known as Family Supercooks. Log into www.goodfoodchannel.co.uk and in the search engine type in Family Supercooks. When in the site, scroll down to the Recipes & Episode Guide then click on The Heats and there you'll be able to access all the recipes from each episode. Happy cooking!

We viewed Family Food Fight last night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.We were most impressed by the contestants who cooked their 3 family favourites in only an hour. Could we please have some recipes especially the crab and baked risotto. From 2 cookaholics
