In each episode, the boys roll up their sleeves, get out the flour and take viewers through their delicious recipes. But it's not just about bread and pastry: each dish will have hearty fillings, tempting toppings and tasty accompaniments that bring in stacks of delicious flavours. Tom and Henry also go head to head in a pie-making competition, with each of them coming up with their own version of a themed pie to serve to a group of hungry judges.
This week the Fabulous Baker Brothers, Tom and Henry, are cooking up the food of love. There’s the ultimate romantic breakfast in bed; eggs Benedict with homemade hollandaise sauce and spinach muffins, they whip up a ‘get out of trouble chocolate’ cake and some melt in the middle chocolate pots, handy to help win back brownie points when you’re in the dog house, then a slow cooked cassoulet with duck and sausages; the perfect dish for big family occasions when all your loved ones are together.
The brothers focus on slow food- pulled pork, sourdough loaf, and steamed pudding soaked in booze and covered with toffee sauce.They also make some big, savoury pies for seven triathletes in need of fuel for their lengthy training regimes.
