Everyday Italian

Chef Giada De Laurentiis returns with her latest series of Everyday Italian, sharing updated versions of the recipes she grew up with in her large Italian family. She transforms simple, everyday ingredients into dishes that are quick, healthy and satisfying and has a recipe that is perfect for every occasion, whether it’s a weeknight meal, a feast for a party or a cosy dinner for two. Born in Rome, Giada’s fascination for food developed from spending a lot of time in the family’s kitchen and at her grandfather’s restaurant. For her, the culture of food is a staple so in Everyday Italian she demonstrates how to create simple, minimalist dishes with maximum flavour.

Jenn....if you go to the Food Network website then Giada's page, they list what products she uses. Try Sur La Table as she often uses things from there (I bought stuff for myself from there when I was in the US).

Hi, I am a vegetarian and I find it so difficult to cook a meal for my non vegetarian family that is satisfying. I saw one of your programs recently where you cooked two of your mother's recipies, one with rice and a "Kika" sauce and one with pasta and baked veges. They looked delicious.I wonder if you could put them on your website please. I enjoy your program very much.

i don't like watching this lady, it annoys me how she speaks with set phrases like 'sooo good' 'sooo yummy' 'what i really love about this is..' she uses sentences that a child would use. and the othe thing i dont like about her is that she speaks with an american accent and then goes over the top with her italian accent when she is talking about some type of food. don't know if anyone else has noticed all these things..
