Scoring some of the finest sour dough in the state, Ben throws together a beautiful, fresh Tuscan bread salad called Panzanella. Laksa is the next on the menu and Ben's off to Port Arlington, grabbing some local Mussels, the perfect ingredient to complement one of his favorite noodle dishes.
