Chef Richard Corrigan (Great British Menu) takes to the road in an effort to find his own unique ‘food heroes’. The Michelin starred chef has recently returned to Ireland to open a new restaurant and Corrigan Knows Food showcase’s Richards passion for local food produces. He has always had a reputation for choosing the best quality produce but now he wants to take it further and make sure whatever he uses is sustainable too.

Why bring down such a potentially good program with such unnecessary compromise, even a little honey or just about any other whole natural sweetner would have done - she may as well have added aspartame or high fructose corn syrup as white sugar. It is a horrific denaturing of the true power of herbs and natural healing, and both an insult to people who know herbalism, and those who would like to learn.
