About the show

Join passionate cook Stefano de Pieri as he takes us on a culinary adventure from his home town of Mildura, where he’ll catch up with old mates, to Melbourne, where he’ll meet with some of the country’s most celebrated chefs, and all the way to Venice, where Stefano was born. With special guests Neil Perry and Guy Grossi joining Stefano along the way, this eight-part series will traverse the Italian palate, showing you how to prepare traditional Venetian cuisine, with the famous Stefano twist!
