Chocolate Covered is a series devoted to chocolate.

Presented by Sally Meen, the series visits chefs, chocolatiers and patisseries to see what delicacies can be made out of everyone’s favourite eating obsession, chocolate!

Co-presenter Claire Clark is quite simply the UK’s leading pastry chef.

Claire is the only chef in Britain to have been awarded the prestigious Maitre Ouvrier de Grande Bretagne (Master Chef of Great Britain) and in the series she shares with viewers some of her fantastic secrets for cooking with chocolate.
