I saw Michael make orange marmalade on a recent show. I've looked it up on website, but can't seem to find it.

I am such a big fan of this show and Michael Smith. Normally with most cooking shows, I will like some of the recipes and others won't really interest me BUT I am yet to find a recipe from his show that I just don't like. I love his ideas with herbs and how to transform such simple meal ideas into spectacular meal ideas with just one ingredient. I watched how he roasted a chicken on a beer can today on the Barbie- now how Aussie is that. I am going to try that one on Australia Day. You ROCK Michael Smith !
I had trouble finding a lot of Michael's recipes on the lifestyle foods site so I went looking online - I found this site about a year ago it's www.foodtv.ca It has all the episode's from all his shows as well as other chefs from the lifestyle food channel

I watched your show for this first time this morning and as a vegetarian the brownies and potatoe salad could all be adapted to fit my lifestyle. However, I was extremely distressed to see those lobsters slowly being boiled alive, in a cup of water. There is actually proof now that lobsters do feel pain, so you can imagine my angst. Maybe next time you could do something more humane and viewer friendly?
Would like the recipe for chocolate chip biscuit brownies.
Here is the link to the recipe. Gosh i want to make them now!

I love the ease with which Michael gathers ingredients into a delicious meal for family & friends at home. Do you have any Dvds for sale please? Bernadette (Australia)
As SL has previously mentioned, it would be great to see a recipe for the Ice Wine Foam. A really novel idea and a bit too avant-garde for me to work out myself.

Could you please add the recipes from the 'Bake sale' show... Love to make the monkey bread, but all the recipes use 'canned refridgerator biscuits'....???? The recipe on the show used flour and yeast...
The Monkey Bread recipe is here: http://www.lifestylefood.com.au/recipes/9536/monkey-bread
