Can anyone remember the potato, marrow and feta and mint bake that was cooked I think in the Greek episode?
I am not sure if anyone has asked this yet, but i was wondering what the alternative to rennet is. I know you can get types of cheese without rennet, but the ones with rennet, is that the traditional rennet? how are we to know if the alternative has been used. I have a vegetarian sister-in-law and she wont eat any with rennet, but that annoys me because i obviously like particular types.
I really like the show, but for Christ sake tell Will to tuck his F#@^%*g shirt in.
I love cheese and I love Cheese Slices but I have a question rather than a comment. In the early '80s my wife and I were touring Europe in an old campervan when we bought a fabulous cheese, of a type I have never had before or since, called "La pierre doree de beaujolais". It was a very hard cheese, and squeaked when you bit it. I have since tried in vain to find the cheese or even to discover what style of cheese it was. Can Will (or anyone else) please help. Doug.
This guy carries Metamucial wherever he goes, right?
