39-year old writer Monty Waldin is a man in pursuit of a dream….he’s giving up his life in England and using all his savings to take over a small vineyard in the south-west of France - to produce his own wine.

Monty’s dream to live in the south-west of France and produce his own red wine is now becoming a reality.

Monty takes a big risk by leaving his inexperienced sidekick Lindsay in sole charge of the precious vineyard in the south of France where he’s trying to produce his own red wine.

As the warm summer sunshine starts to ripen Monty’s grapes on his hillside vineyard in the south of France, things seem to be going almost too well - Monty’s beautiful Italian girlfriend Sylvana arrives to take control of Monty’s wobbly finances; and the locals turn out in force in the village square for a big celebration of his fortieth birthday.

After nine months backbreaking work, at last it’s harvest time on Monty’s biodynamic vineyard in the south of France.

It’s the culmination of a ten year dream for Monty Waldin, who’s in the final stages of producing six thousand bottles of red wine from his vineyard in the south of France.
