Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In my eyes he is beautiful, not because of his looks but because of his dedication to his craft. I absolutely adore cooking and a year ago started my Cafe Restaurant. It's very small (seats 20 people only) and yet the hard work that goes in it is incredible. I find my self so often acting like Gordon it's not funny. You really need to be very hard in this busines to succeed. To maintain a standard and to make sure the people that work for you do the same you have to be just like Gordon (without the swearing-done that a few times too LOL). So thank you Gordon for the inspiration and keep on going!
