I look forward to watching & learning every day. At the moment it comes on around my lunchtime so I can relax - eat my lunch - be entertained and take away some great ideas. I'm into flowers/gardens/decorating so in a way it's the complete package presented in a "calm" style

      December 2008

I too loved this episode. I've just made a batch of the thumbprint biscuits. I used a basic creamed butter biscuit mix and added some essence. Wrapped it in glad wrap, into fridge for 1/2 hour. Roll into balls (you may remember she weighed each one to make sure all same size!) I worked out around 25-30g was a nice size biscuit when cooked. Push thumbprint into ball. Coat in eggwash, then coat in coconut. Place on lined baking sheet. Drop a tsp favourite jam into centre. Bake in oven till golden. Remove from tray immediately, allow to cool before you try it. Hot jam is never to be messed with!!
