A Gondola on the Murray, is inspired by Stefano's memory of the Venetian gondola and by his love of Mildura and the river it lies beside, the mighty Murray. In this series, Stefano travels around the Sunraysia district on his old push-bike, introduces us to the local people, tastes their food and wine, and using the finest produce of the region, demonstrates how to prepare mouth-watering dishes. Combining classic Italian style, with modern Australian and Asian influences, Stefano creates truly superb, regional cuisine.
