The perfect place for an extended weekend breakfast, relax with a steaming long black and Whitewater's signature Asian inspired breakfast dish – wok fried eggs with steamed rice, sweet soy, sesame oil, chilli, herbs, and crispy shallots. Also on the menu is omelette with wilted spinach, roast tomato, mushrooms and woodside goats cheese; buttermilk pancakes with berries, maple syrup and vanilla icecream; and Whitewater's own muesli with fresh fruit salad, natural yoghurt and milk.

For those wanting a quick lunch on the run, Whitewater’s lunch menu is set to inspire delight. Choose from a wide selection of dishes that includes asparagus, tomato and onion tart with woodside goats curd and tomato salad; beetroot cured salmon with potato pikelets and horseradish dressing; pan roast barramundi, rocket and potato puree, sautéed mushrooms, parsnips and truffle butter; 1/2 or whole tasmanian lobster thermidore with broccolini and kipfler potatoes and chargrilled sirloin steak with handcut chips, béarnaise or red wine mushroom sauce.

With dinner, Whitewater comes into its own. Step in from a brisk stroll by the water and prepare to watch the world go by from the comfort of your seaside table with rare kangaroo loin, apple riesling jelly, lavender cress salad and light garlic cream or grain fed lamp rumpl cooked 'sous vide'served with braised lentils and pancetta, baby carrots and gremolata. Or, humpty doo barramundi with rocket and potato puree, sauteed seasonal mushrooms and parsnip and truffle butter.

Including five of Whitewater’s most popular dishes – hiramasa kingfish-tartare and sashimi with roast capsicum, capers, parsley, lemon oil and avruga caviar; seared sesame scallops, salad of asparagus, sweet corn and soy beans with black bean dressing and pickled ginger creme; petuna salmon in fine pastry, braise of fennel and leek with a pernod ragout of vongole and cuttlefish; crispy slow cooked pork belly with barbeque prawns, pineapple, sweet soy and chilli dressing; slow roast grain fed beef fillet with spinach, crumbed bone marrow and sauce bordelaise and a mixed leaf and herb salad with champagne vinaigrette , and a divine dessert tasting plate and is available with or without matching wines.
