nights eg;Halloween for children to have a fun night in a safe but spooky enviroment where they can have some good
old fashioned fun,I love it as a normal restaurant and

is one of the best dishes around. Always good to chill at the pub if you just want to kick back with friends getting a great bistro meal is awesome while watching sport on the tv at the pub with mates. -

The delicious tastes and the variety of meals available makes aech visit a 'new' experience .The price is the best value (quality, flavour, service) in Melbourne. Taco Bills Sth Melb is a survivor, my favourite restaurant for over 30+ years.

Peter64 1 year agoHave been going here for years past, and hopefuly years to come. Offers the most tasty and consistent Mexican food I have found anywhere in Australia. Also, has absolutely the most refreshing frozen margarita's that you will find anywhere.

Shai 1 year agoThe kids are excited about coming there because they love the tacos and quesadillas. (I personally love the strawberry margaritas) and my husband loves the mexican sticky date pudding and its very generous size. -

Sarah64 1 year agoFood is soooo tasty and very well priced. I love the potato skins with chicken, beef, kidney beans, cheese, tomato salsa, mmmmmm devine its making me hungry just talking about it. Great service at the South Melbourne restaurant, always happy. The Sangria drink is also quite nice. My favourite restaurant to go to for a big hearty meal. -
Keiran 1 year agoTaco Bill South Melbourne has been a favourite of mine for over 22 years now.
It has a very warm feel to the restaurant and Stan is always there to say hi and check that everything is OK with our meal.
I love their birthday club and special offers that have our names printed especially and of course the food is delicious. -
Lily5 1 year agoThey just taste really good! I used to hate Mexican food: Tacos, Nachos... Until I met Taco Bill. Their Tacos are delicious, and it is through Taco Bill that I have come to learn about, try, and love so many more Mexican dishes. Their version of a creme caramel one of the best desserts I've ever had!

Justin17 1 year agoI've been eating at Taco Bill Sth Melbourne since I was a child. Stan (owner) provides excellent cuisiine, a fantastic atmosphere and outstanding service.
My daughter even chose this as the venue for her 8th birthday dinner!! -

Kristine8 1 year agoThe friendy staff that remember you when you walk through the door and always provide superior customer service, but most importantly I have been to a lot of mexican places in victoria and this is the only one that compares to the ones run by Mexican's in America. The food always taste great everytime.

Frank42 1 year agoThe food is great the service fantastic they are all welcoming. Their nachos are to die for and the beef fajitas wrapped in a tortilla with sour cream, capsicum and some onion all though very simple absolutely delicious and satisfying. The best restaurant going round.

We have had many work functions at this restaurant and they have been huge successes. And the wicked Margaritas are the icing on the cake!! -
Michelle227 1 year agoI love the restaurant as they always have really good service. I have found that I keep returning to the restaurant, year after year, as I always know I will get really good food, great tasting Margarita's and A1 service.
I also like that the menu is clear in it's prices and easy to read menu. I reciently took my young child and as usually they were outstanding in both the way they served, treated and fussed over him. They made the outing really pleasant and I know I will be returning to them again soon. -

Emma88 1 year agoThe service is excellent, always speedy, and very tasty. They have recently changed chef's/owners and we think it has allowed for many improvements.. They always have great drink specials on Fridays, and a lunchtime menu thats extensive. Better than any other Mexican Restaurant in the VIC and NSW states!

Trish2 1 year agoThe service is great. The food is fantastic. They always look after our children with colouring in sheets and balloons. The strawberry margharitas are devine!!! And we're South American so it's great to eat a fantastic meal and listen to latin music.

Warren Jones 1 year agoI live in Sydney and can't find any decent Mexican, every time i'm down I head straight to Taco Bills, especially South Melbourne where Stan, the mine host who is a mad Dalls Cowboys fan, entertains and provides some of the best Mexican food you will find outside Mexico.
Quality is the best, as is the service, do your self a favour, you won't be disappointed.

The corn chips were stale and the dip had no taste, our meals were thrown on the table. She didn't even ask who had what resulting in us getting each others order,

The waitress didn't even ask who had what resulting in us getting each others order, the meals were tasteless and bland, and also resulted in my girlfriend getting food poisoning. I only took my girlfriend there to treat her out to a nice night which turned out to be a complete disaster...and it would hurt if your staff smiled once in a while too. I can cook better mexican out of a packet. Very Very Dissapointed

PaulM 24 days agoTotal failure of a Mexican restaurant. No Carne Asada or Carnitas, the Mexican rice was not good, the salsa was just like something that comes in a jar. It looks like Mexican food, but it's not. Fail. -

Wondering why everyone seems to think mexican food is something covered in melted cheese . . . . tasteless and I walked away feeling like I wish I had never gone. . . . want to be fresh then dont make my platte look like it had been reheated in an over and prepared days before . . . I am not sure how they won top restaurant as there are many other far better mexican places about. -
