To satisy my Parisian addiction, which was made better and worse by a divine trip to Paris last year, I go to TABOU. I close my eyes and I could well be in the 3rd or the 5th arrondisement. The twice cooked Gruyere & Goat's Cheese Souffle is a continual favourite. Paris on Crown Street Surry Hills.

Relaxed eating in a French bistro style atmosphere, combined with a delicious menu always cooked well.. The service iis genuinely freindly and attentive.

I've been to Tabou many times over the years and have never once been disappointed. The food is superb. It's unfussy but the attention to detail is clear. The truffle mash is divine and it's the best creme brulee in Sydney. The wine list is fab. It's one of Sydney's unsung heroes.
