I met Luke at Master Class in Brisbane 2008. I was delighted by his enthusiactic respect for fresh produce and his ability to combine flavours. We spent our 10th Wedding Anniversary at Red Lantern and thoroughly ejoyed every aspect of the restaurant - great food, great wine and most importantly great staff. WELL DONE.
Fantastic food. The service is very friendly. The staff know the dishes and can sell it to you. The set menu is very generous and we always leave full!!
It was the best restaurant experience I have ever had, I'm a foodlover from melbourne and this restaurant gave us the best service, the waiter was so attentive and had many suggestions and was very passionate about the food he was talking bout; the best food, you can generally get good vietnamese food for quite cheap but this place served modern exotic vietnamese cuisine with a twist and was presented beautifully; the atmosphere was amazing, the outdoor cosy decor; and finally the dessert, mandarin creme brulee was to die for!
