Situated in the dress circle of the harbour, Quay restaurant has some of Sydney’s most spectacular views, sweeping from the Opera House to the Harbour Bridge. The food created by head chef Peter Gilmore is equally awe-inspiring; innovative cuisine that celebrates the diversity of nature, and takes the diner on a journey of discovery. Quay has become one of the most awarded restaurants in Australia, one of only two restaurants in the country to have received the coveted “three-hat” rating for eight years in a row. It has also been named SMH and Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year 2009 and 2010. Quay also offers the ideal location for memorable functions. From a small scale corporate lunch, conference to a wedding reception.

Peter's attention to detail in sourcing rare and ridiculously fresh ingredients has firmly established him as a beacon to Modern Australian cuisine.
An inventive menu coupled with a great selection of international and local wines, and the small matter of Sydney Harbour at your doorstep. Delightful.
High-art on a plate - what more can I say!
The food was amazing, unlike anythng i have tasted before. They really make the dining out experience something spectacular, and the service was fantastic.
Simply the best dining experience in Sydney. The food and wine is sublime, the staff are very knowledgable and helpful and the scenery is fantastic. The Five Texture chocolate cake is one of the most amazing deserts I've ever had.
AWESOME FOOD, AMAZING VIEW AND GREAT WAIT STAFF, THE PLACE TO BE
The service is fantastic. You feel like a king for a few hours. The wine lady is great. She helped plan and excute or night perfectly. I love the place.
Mouthwatering food! Amazing harbour views! A 3 hat restaurant and yes, it's more of a special occasion restaurant, but you don't pay stupid prices to eat there!
They have amazing food with fantastic combination. It is art! On the expensive side but the food is memorable... you will not forget what you ate there!
peter gilmore's food and the views, simply mind blowing individually - together it's out of this world. awesome wine list with lots of back vintage selections for the special occasion that is dining at quay.
Food, service, location and the decor.
What can I say about Quay that hasn't already been said. I love it so much we had our wedding reception there 10 years ago. We regularly travel to Sydney and a visit to Quay is always top of the agenda. Quay is truly cutting edge in its food quality and preparation. The food arrives on the plate in an artisitic yet inviting style of presentation encouraging you to actually savour each flavour. I once had a fresh crab stack made with wafer thin cucumber slices and I still remember the delicate balance of flavours that still has my taste buds longing for another go! Quay - uROk!
