THE RESTAURANT The restaurant is newly renovated and professionally fitted out by leading Gold Coast interior designer Linda Hinckesman. 1two3 restaurant has been open since April 2008 and is stylish and modern without being pretentious and stuffy! 1 two 3 Dining & Lounge Bar offers a revolutionary concept in dining out that lets the customer decide their portion size dependant on their appetite and budget. Serving popular dishes from all around the Mediterranean with a Modern Australian slant; from a Spanish paella to a French inspired veal dish to a tender osso bucco and everything in between; 1 two 3 Mediterranean serves it up in the heart of the Broadbeach dining precinct; in style! 1 two 3’s restaurant menu offers 1, two, 3 different sizing options on most of the menu items. 1 – Designed to offer ‘just a taste’ and give our customers more dining freedom than ever before. Having taster options affords our customer the freedom to explore more dishes and allows them to surrender their fear of committing to a single dish, and have a little of everything. Two – most items on our food menu are offered in an entrée size. 3 – the main course!

THE LOUNGE BAR The 1 two 3 lounge bar offers a stylish and sophisticated atmosphere where lavish interiors, plush lounge spaces and a decadent bar are expertly blended. 1 two 3 Bar is a prime spot to catch up with colleagues for lunch and a drink; enjoy good coffee and an afternoon of relaxation or to sip a cocktail with friends after a movie. The restaurant’s menu theme of 3 is carried through to the lounge bar with 3 choices in every single beverage category you could imagine. We have one of the largest ranges of fine local and international wines and beers, as well as sensational cocktails, weekly promotions and live music.
