Moo Moo serves progressive Modern Australian cuisine specialising in premium export quality beef. The new specialty steak menu offers some of the best cuts of beef available in the country including F1 Wagyu Sirloin, Rump + Rib Fillet; Cape Grim Tenderloin + Scotch Fillet; Rangers Valley Scotch Fillet and Dry Aged Rib Eye on the Bone, Sirloin on the Bone and T-Bone.
A favourite is The Moo Moo Signature Dish –the Spice Rubbed 1KQ Wagyu Rump Roast. Rubbed w. chef’s secret spice rub, sealed until smokey on the char-grill and oven roasted to your liking. The 1KQ Wagyu beef is served with wild rocket, parmesan + fig salad, chunky roasted kipfler potatoes w. rosemary + garlic + a trio of chef’s sauce selections. Moo Moo is also one of a select number of licensed restaurants in the country serving Master Kobe Beef.
Besides steak, guests at Moo Moo can experience a menu that includes fresh oysters, fish, duck and chicken.
