i love indian cusine in melba espacially the cheese naan and tandorri fish ,who is the chef there,any body knows.

I love a big breakfast in the morning. Melba have an interactive breakfast buffet which I haven't seen at any other place that I've been in. Melba have a chef that prepares a fresh pancakes and I could chose what types of fillings I want. My fave is blueberry pancakes topped with mango couli, cream and drizzled with mapple syrup. Yuum. Also I can have different types of eggs. Its sooo good. After I had Melba breakfast on a Sunday morning, the rest of my day seem to be more enjoyable. Thats a few reason why Melba is one of my favourite place to eat out.
I love the Indian buffet. Especially the selection of naan that I can have. Start of naan stuffed with cheese and garlic. To finish, chocolate naan bread. Its an absolute delight. Yuuum....
They have remarkable seafood selections such as prawns, crabs, mussles, etc. every single day you can enjoy special dishes. I'm so imressed when I dine with melba. That place could be one of popular best seafood restaurant in VIC Go Melba!
A number of reasons. Every time we dine there the food is superb and freshly sourced, the presentation of it faultless and the service impeccable. However it is the marrying of unique flavours like lavendar in the pannacotta and the interactive cooking stations that make it a unique dining experience.

The best banquet I have ever had. The food is wonderful and just keeps on coming. Everything is absolutely fresh and even cooked to order! I loved watching the food being prepared just as much as eating it. The desserts were lovely and freshly made, and small enough to sample a large variety. My favourite was the peanut butter mousse. What a satisfying meal with entertainment provided. It made for a very special birthday treat for my partner. We have decided to come back again to sample all of the things we didn't have room for the first time.
