At the beach end of Armstrong Street is the cosy local Hot Honey. This cheery welcoming café specializes in great house made foods. The name in part, derives from the fabulous organic cold extracted honey used in the food.
Breakfast and lunch is seven days a week, and those who like an all day breakfast will be happy with the exciting menu being available until 3 daily. Our famous Cornbread and French Toast are a few favourites.
In the winter/autumn months there is a warm comforting ambience with the fire flickering in the background. This creates a perfect atmosphere for feasting on one of the many fabulous and decadent sweets - Berry Meringues, cute little cupcakes, chocolate hedgehog or the seasonal fruit tarts. These all compliment our great Monte coffee.
In summer, customers can enjoy the bustling pavement area, where locals and visitors pass the day away in the sunshine, with a coffee, glass of wine and a bit of gossip!
