totally overpriced would have had a better hamburger at my local fish and chip shop, staff tried to be nice but insufficient service for prices charged and no one seemed to know what was going on. would have got better service from the staff at my local mcdonalds perhaps take a leaf out of their book at least there customer service is pleasant and prompt, at your restaraunt we had to wait over an hour for simple nachos which were overcooked and got stung way too much for them also while waiting we were asked 3 times if we woiuld like to order more drinks , not alchohol responsible! We would not frequent your establishment again nor recomend it any of our friends or associates.
I love to take the family here as the ribs,and porterhouse steaks are to die for ,and I never get out without the kids wanting spiders .u never leave hungry that's for sure. I couldn't recommend Captain's America high enough for a treat...
In my humble opinion (as a recent American transplant) the food is okay.....not great, but okay. One thing is certain, this is NOT authentic American food! Imitation American food would be more accurate. At least get the terminology right.....it's french fries and an ice cream float, not "chips and a spider". POSERS!

they have the best hamburger for great value, and honestly you can never eat everything because the meals are huge and so great value for money
It's so relaxed, the hamburgers and... oh the ribs are fantastic - with a beer garden and, well, which girl doesn't like the cocktails!
Captain Americas have been around since I was a child so I have fantastic memories of going there as a child but also as an adult. In a relaxed 50's style booth diner with original music playing and all the amazing american/canadian memorabilia. There are even all the trimmings such as sundaes and 'spiders'. Offering the best hamburgers ever!!!
Are you serious? the best hamburgers????? you on drugs. unless you want burgers un cooked and no service!!! perfect place to go.... just remember BYO toilet paper as they don't have any!!!
