Cafe Prego

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life! I ordered an iced coffee takeaway, got to the city took a sip and had a massive piece of glass in my mouth. But before i could realise what it was i took a bite and it shattered throughout my mouth, giving me cuts and leaving shards throughout my mouth. Feeling I should let them know so they can check their ice I called them to just simply let them know and not even complain and what I recieved was rude customer service and the staff telling me that they pretty much dont care and 'well what do you want us to do about it'. Very nasty and possibly the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life!!!!

I don't recommend this coffee shop they cant even get a simple order right. I especially ordered a cheese salad sandwich paying extra for the cheese and they did not even give me any cheese. very slack and annoying when you get back to work and have something missing that you paid for :( :(
