From his location in the inner Sydney suburb of Paddington, owner/chef Armando Percuoco has been satisfying local, interstate, and overseas customers with his food and hospitality since 1987.
Armando Percuoco’s menu shows his Neapolitan roots, as well as influences from the many regional cuisines of Italy. Dishes might include such seasonal specialties as crispy fried Harbour prawns served in the shell; or a delicious winter salad of raw fennel and artichoke hearts . A favourite on the current menu for those who love the slight bitterness of raddicchio is Migliaccio, a polenta cake with grilled raddicchio flavoured with sweet vincotto.
The house signature dish is Fettucine al tartufovo - fettucine served in a cream sauce with a lightly fried, truffle-infused eggresulting in a dish the The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide calls - "…undoubtedly Sydney’s best pasta"
