2 march 2010 Is brian spilecki still a chef here? He grew up on my street in the US and my daughter is visiting Australia, including Sydney, next month with her Ausdtralian husband. I know she'd like to see Brian at work.

The addition of chef Brian Spilecki to this establishment was great. The food fresh, the food constant, the coffee great and the prices are the best.. If you go you will see what I mean....
