I haven't eaten at this restaurant, but it doesn't get very good reviews at eatability.com.au. I'm surprised it won this category, given the comments there.
You definitely need to try it before you comment! Don't always believe everything you read from critics!! We have held our staff xmas party there last year and love it so much we are backing up there again this year! Highly recommend Glenn & his staff as the cream of the Sydney restaurant crop!!
The best seafood restaurant in town!! i could tell the fish in fish of the day was super fresh. enjoyed every bit of it. outstanding and warm service too, thanx a lot guys. will be back soon!
The have an over- all fantastic menu, with something to make everyone happy. Everything is very fresh and full of flavour. They have the best seafood platters!!!!!! Very reasonable prices, with great wine menu to complement anything you so desire to eat.

The fish and chips were melt in the mouth! it was so scrumptious and you just kept wanting more and more! The dessert was also fabulous- Lindt Chocolate souflee was the loveliest dish ever!
The atmosphere is nice. The food has a volume and reasonable. The staff is very friendly. We have visited the restrant 3 years before (at that time we lived outside of Au) and recently we went back to the same restaurant. (Now we have migrated to Au) The staff are same!!
always fresh and tasty. i am a regular of blue fish and always leave with a smile on my face and excellent food (especially their beautiful fish) in my stomach. chips are never soggy or dry.. excellent every time
The service is impecable, the seafood is fresh, fresh, fresh and adsolutely delicious. It's also great value for money with a fantastic vista to Darling Harbour.
I love my Fish and Chips and this is the best by far. The fish is so fresh and the chips are proper chip not processed. Its so good I might go and get some now!!

First of all, the service is outstanding. Second, they have the most best tasting fish and chips I've ever had. Using only the freshest, best quality fish and delicious fries cooked in vegetable oil.. It's great! I would highly recommend this fine restaurant to anyone interested in quality food, great staff with excellent knowledge, great ambience and with the amazing view of Darling Harbour right in front.
The fish is so fresh and tasty and beautifully cooked with perfect seasoning and the chips are so crunchy you just can't stop eating them.
The food is consistently outstanding and the service is very friendly! Their chocolate souffle for dessert is to die for and they make the best coffees in Darling Harbour!
Blue Fish is right on the water at Darling Harbour. The food is delicious, the serveice fantastic, and it's also byo which is a great incentive in these difficult financial times. It's great for people watching too!
